Q. What is the purity of the silver used?

A. All of our products are made with 925 Sterling Silver (92.5% purity) as per the international standard of the jewellery industry. Each of our pieces is stamped with a 925 mark assuring its purity.

Q. Do you create custom made designs?

A. We do create custom made designs on order. We have a dedicated team of designers who can provide you with the designs you want produced. For placing a custom design order or any queries regarding it, please visit our custom design order page or leave us a message and we’ll get back to you.

Q. Do you provide free shipping?

A. Free shipping is provided on both international orders (outside of India) and domestic orders when your order value exceeds US$ 2000.

Q. How are the items on the website priced?

A. We work towards providing the best possible price to all of our customers. No price is listed on the website due to the highly fluctuating nature of silver prices. When you ask us for a quote, the price of silver at the time of ordering, the order quantity and the stones and other variants requested by you are taken into consideration to ensure that we can provide you with the best quote for the items you want.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can place an order with us by following the steps below:
  • Search for the item you want and open the product page.
  • Select the variants you want to order, if any and add the product to cart.
  • After adding all of the desired items to your cart, select checkout.
  • At the checkout page, review your order and fill in your billing information and add any other notes you may have about the order.
  • After filling the form, click on the “Get A Quote” button.
  • Our team will provide you with a price quotation within 1 working day via an email on your provided email address. (Incase the order is sent on a holiday, the the quote shall be provided on the next working day)
  • Once you accept the quotation, we will send you a payment link for the order.
  • Once we receive the confirmation of your payment, your order is placed and we’ll keep you updated on the status of your order.

Q. Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?

A. We accept returns and exchanges if the requirements are met for your request to be considered valid. For more information visit our Refund Policy.

Q. If I am unable to place the order online for some reason, is there an alternative?

A. If for any reason your are unable to place an order through our website, you can contact us on our email address (idealjewelzonline@gmail.com) or reach us at +91 99509 99911 and we will provide you with the required assistance.

Q. What are the payment options available?

A. We use PayPal as our payment provider for all our international orders. You can use any payment method such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking etc. supported by PayPal. For orders placed within India, you can pay directly via a bank transfer, UPI, Net Banking or you can request us to use PayPal payment link.
Note: Bank transfers are only accepted from Indian Bank Accounts.

Q. Can I cancel an order once it's placed?

A. An order once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours of making the initial payment. To cancel an order, shoot us an email within 24 hours and we’ll take care of the rest. Once the 24 hours mark is crossed, your order goes into production and we won't be able to accept a cancellation.

Q. How long do I have to accept a quote?

A. A quote sent by us to you is valid for 72 hours and can be accepted within that time frame. Once a quote expires, you will have to ask for a quote again and the prices may differ from the last quote sent to you.

Q. Do I need to pay any extra duties or customs charges?

A. Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations if any are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. The Local Custom Clearance, Insurance & Freight Charges (CIF Charges) will be borne by us, however VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Q. Do you make gold jewellery?

A. We do create gold jewellery on request in both our designs and custom designs. The gold jewellery is made in 9K, 14K, 18K, & 22K purity levels as per the requirements of our customers. To place an order for gold jewellery, you can inform us about it using the remarks column of the quote or you can contact us directly.
