We provide custom design orders and customization on our own range of designs. Please fill in this form or contact us through our email address (idealjewelzonline@gmail.com) for any queries or orders and we will get back to you. Customizations are only available on wholesale orders.
How We Process Custom Design Orders
- Once the customer provide us with an idea or reference of what it is that you are looking for, our dedicated team of designers will design the product as per your requirement with constant input from your side.
- Once the design is approved by the customer, we start the production process. The customer will be provided with a timeframe of expected delivery of the order.
- 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance to start the production of the order. The balance payment has to be remitted to our account before the order is dispatched.
- Once the confirmation for full payment is received, your parcel will be dispatched through one of the courier services that our company employs.
- We hope to receive valuable feedback from our customers to enable us to maintain and improve the quality of our services.
